CS & Engineering · UC Irvine
I build robotics systems, mobile apps, and AI tools.
Seeking software engineering & robotics internships.
// about me
I'm a Computer Science & Engineering student at UC Irvine (graduating May 2027), passionate about the intersection of software and physical systems.
Whether I'm soldering electronics for a competition rover, writing locomotion firmware for a robotic spider, or shipping an iOS app to the App Store — I build things end-to-end.
My app Sapling raised $1,200 to plant 1,200 trees and was featured in GeekWire. My rover placed 13th out of 50 teams at competition.
// currently
Building a robotic spider with Zotbotics club at UCI — custom CAD structural components and servo locomotion algorithms in C++.
// projects
Competition Build — 13th / 50 Teams
Designed the full chassis and custom claw in CAD, soldered all electronics, and wrote firmware from scratch — line-following via IR sensors and color-signature object detection via PixyCam.
UCI Club Project — Ongoing
CAD-modeled all structural components and programming locomotion algorithms using Arduino, servos, and sensors. Building multi-legged movement patterns from the ground up with the Zotbotics team.
YOLOv8 · Computer Vision
Computer vision pipeline using YOLOv8 to detect and crop clothing items from photos, then surface shoppable product links. REST API backend with React frontend and PostgreSQL storage.
Built in ~50 hours · IrvineHacks
Flutter app where Claude API generates personalized travel itineraries by mood. Users curate activities, invite friends, plan group trips, and share photo albums — built in 50 hours at IrvineHacks.
